After her boyfriend dumped her in 2003, Leng Yein contemplated of going under the knife to make herself more beautiful. This is despite her winning the Miss Malaysia World title.

Eight years on, she is causing a stir by posting pre- and post-surgery pictures on her Facebook. Some of the procedures includes, nose jobs, adding dimples, fuller lips and breast enhancement .

Leng Yein married to a life of riches on 10 October 2010 with a poster and a proposal for a periodic full page, a myriad of Gucci, LV, Prada and Chanel, travels around the world, drives around in expensive cars such as Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin.
